Hello Parents and Guardians!
Middle school can be…a lot. As a parent, it can be hard to watch your child struggle with the new stressors and big feelings that come along with being in middle school.
The Middle School Declassified for Parents is a group where parents will be provided with helpful strategies and tools to talk with their children about what to expect in middle school, as well as given a space to process feelings of their own. We’re all in this together!
When:
Weekly on Wednesdays starting on October 11th
Time:
7:00 pm EDT

This group will be offered virtually.
Cost:
$379 for 6 group sessions
Bonus:
For those who are interested, Tiffaney will be offering a one-day workshop to
the children of this group's participants. The workshop will go over things like
how to open a locker, how to follow your schedule etc. Tiffaney will provide additional
details about this workshop during the group sessions.

This group will be facilitated by Tiffaney Knight.
Pronouns: she/her
Tiffaney is a DMV transplant originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. Tiffaney is an avid Steelers fan. She currently resides in Maryland with her fiancé. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active.
By day, Tiffaney works as an elementary school counselor where she teaches students tools to manage their emotions. She also frequently consults with parents and teachers. Tiffaney has coordinated parent workshops on various subjects as well. This is her 4th year as a school counselor. Tiffaney has experience working with students in K-12th grade. She brings her knowledge of the school setting experience and a love for helping others to The Wise Family.
Tiffaney holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling from the University of the District of Columbia. She is actively pursuing licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
