Allyson currently integrates a child-centered approach, alongside a cognitive-behavioral approach when working with clients and their parents. She also incorporates music and other creative arts strategies to help children express their thoughts and feelings in a therapeutic environment. She hopes to become a registered play therapist.

In her free time, Allyson can be found at the ice rink figure skating, reading a book, or taking “Gidget” (her very energetic Golden Retriever) for a walk. She also enjoys going to concerts, sailing, and playing tennis. A fun fact to know – Allyson has been sailing for over 12 years! She looks forward to meeting you and your child in the office.
